These terms cover your use of bookedbolt.com and your communications with Booked Bolt LLC ("Booked Bolt," "we," "us"), including our text messages. By using the site or agreeing to receive our texts, you agree to them.
If you become a client, our services are governed by a separate written service agreement. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the service agreement controls.
Using our website
You may use the site to learn about our services, contact us and book a call. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated scraping, no submitting false information or someone else's details, and nothing unlawful.
The text, design and other material on this site belong to Booked Bolt. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Our text messaging program
What it is. Booked Bolt sends text messages to people who ask to hear from us through a form or the chat on our website, who text or call us first, or who agree on a call. The messages are about your inquiry and about calls you have booked with us: replies to your questions, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and a note if a call is missed or rescheduled.
Consent. You receive texts from us only if you agreed to receive them or contacted us first. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and your bookings.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and nothing after that. If you want texts again later, reply START.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (904) 685-9901 or [email protected].
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. How we handle your mobile number and messaging consent is covered in our Privacy Policy. We never share your mobile number or consent with third parties for their marketing.
Calls and meetings
We may call the business number you gave us or that your business lists publicly. We record scheduled video calls only when everyone agrees at the start of the call; if you say no, we don't record. Booking a call sends you a calendar invitation with a video meeting link, and you can move or cancel the call using the link in your confirmation.
No guarantees
The information on this site describes what our services do. It is not a promise of any particular result, such as a number of calls, jobs, reviews or search rankings. Results depend on many things outside our control.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, express or implied, including that it will always be available or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Booked Bolt is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our text messages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date.
